1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been custom-made or altered specifically for you are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns/exchanges.
2. Refund/Exchange Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please log into your account on our website and go to the Order History section.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the provided instructions to request a return or exchange.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10-14 business days.
The complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days.
This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

- Prescription eyewear, including eyeglasses and contact lenses, are custom-made according to your specific prescription and are non-refundable. However, they are eligible for replacement if there is a manufacturing defect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as gift cards are non-returnable.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the prescription provided for prescription eyewear.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
